The Westory Building has a rooftop terrace located at the southwest corner of the building. The Roof Terrace is open Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, from Spring to Fall, except for building holidays.

The Roof Terrace features a patio floor, outdoor plantings, and patio furniture. Customers are welcome to enjoy the view and fresh air during the day. Additionally, customers may reserve the Roof Terrace for private functions. The Roof Terrace holds a maximum of 75 people and catering arrangements can be made. Please note the Roof Terrace may be unavailable for reservations by customers for certain events as designated by property management, such as July 4th.

A Certificate of Insurance is required from the caterer prior to all catered events being held by customers. Janitorial Services are available subsequent to the event at customers expense.
