At the heart of our sustainability goals are the policy guidelines we have established for each of our management and engineering teams and their properties. These policies are focused on the following core areas: Energy Conservation Water Conservation Solid Waste Management Indoor Air Quality Green Cleaning Sustainable Purchasing Management and engineering teams will create and implement conservation guidelines and reporting requirements that address the identification, resolution and documentation of successful strategies for improving their building’s efficiency as it relates to each of these core areas.

As a summary of these guidelines, each property will maintain a written strategy that identifies specific goals, energy saving projects, and customer participation practices that combine to promote the sustainability mission of that property. These guidelines will drive knowledge, cooperation and result measurement at all levels of the property. Ultimately, these guidelines will ensure our commitment to continually improve the sustainability of each and every one of our assets, and help solidify Cushman & Wakefield's leadership role in implementing environmentally conscious and economically efficient policies for our companies' operations.
