The parking garage entrance is located on 14th Street, and the garage is operated by Colonial Parking. For information on monthly and daily parking, please contact the Garage Office.

Hours of Operation:
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Intercom boxes are located on columns throughout the garage and are identified with a wide orange stripe, to assist in contacting the parking attendant in the booth.
Permit Parking
- Self-parking is available to monthly permit holders only. Parking with regular monthly permits is available on a first-come, first-served basis for any open, unrestricted space.
Reserved Parking
- A reserved parking space may be available subject to the terms of your lease for an additional rate. Reserved spaces are specifically assigned to customers or individuals as marked. No unauthorized personnel are to utilize these spaces.
- Spaces marked Handicapped are reserved for persons displaying handicapped license plates or tags. If any customer employee becomes severely injured and needs the support of crutches, wheelchairs, etc., they should report this to the Garage Operator and Claire Coscia with a request for temporary permission to park in one of these spaces.
- No parking is permitted in the Loading Dock.
Daily & Visitor Parking
- Self-parking is not available for daily and visitor parking. Daily and visitor parking is available only through valet parking by an attendant of Colonial Parking.
